Your impact will be measured by five things:
1. Hire the right people, at the right time
Our growth is capped by how fast and how well we hire. You need to understand where the business is going, what the current team looks like, and what gaps exist — then build a recruitment engine that is fast, high-quality, and never becomes a bottleneck. You are also the culture filter. Every person who joins Xtech passes through your judgment of fit.
2. Align the organization, top to bottom
You will own internal communications. Think like a journalist. Connect teams. Bridge personalities. Make sure leadership’s priorities translate clearly to every team member, and make sure every team member’s voice reaches leadership. The goal: a workplace where people feel they belong, where they want to show up every morning.
3. Design and operate a compensation system that works
Partner with leadership and external advisors to build salary, bonus, and benefits policies that fit each stage of our growth. The standard is simple: attract great people, keep great people, and let the whole team focus on doing great work without worrying about fairness.
4. Run a compliant, airtight operation
Own all labor compliance, social insurance, contracts, PIT, labor regulations. Get it right every time so the company can grow with full confidence that the legal foundation is solid.
5. Build an HR team that the whole company trusts
Your team should be known as the most helpful, most responsive, most trustworthy partner in the company. Not an admin department. Not a gatekeeper. A strategic partner that every leader and every employee feels comfortable relying on.
You listen, truly listen. Not waiting for your turn to speak, but absorbing, understanding, and then responding.
You communicate sharply but diplomatically, especially in conflict or sensitive situations.
You think win-win: you instinctively balance employee interests with business needs, and you find the third path when the two seem to conflict.
You think from first principles, you focus on what actually matters and you explain it simply enough for anyone to understand.
You are warm, positive, and thorough, people feel comfortable around you. But you’re not a pushover. You have standards.
Most importantly: you genuinely love connecting people with each other.
Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 2 years leading a team.
Strong in recruitment, you’ve built hiring pipelines in fast-paced environments.
Deep knowledge of C&B, Vietnamese labor law, PIT, and social insurance regulations.
Clear, precise communication, you say what you mean and you keep your word.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
Strong English proficiency.
Experience in tech or gaming industries.
Experience organizing team activities, internal events, and culture programs.
A personal talent, MC, writing, design, performing — because at Xtech, HR is the flame-keeper of company culture.
Global mindset: experience supporting teams across geographies.
Competitive salary, 100% during probation. Total annual package of 14–17 months depending on company performance.
Full social insurance, health insurance, and premium private medical coverage.
Annual health check-up.
Learning budget up to 30 million VND/year for managers — invest in yourself.
Company learning trips to top-performing markets.
Modern equipment and AI tools provided.
Minimum 12 days paid annual leave + 3 days paid sick leave.
Free daily snacks, beverages, and tea-time
Sponsored sports activities: badminton, soccer, and more.
“First Day of School” policy: take time to be with your child on their school’s opening day every year.
“Happy Hour” policy: dedicated rest time for female employees.
Full statutory benefits as per Vietnamese law, plus company Tet and holiday bonuses.
I’m not looking for someone who does HR by the textbook, or who follows a process just because “that’s how it’s always been done.”
I’m looking for an HR leader who thinks differently, who brings fresh and modern perspectives on people management, and who has the courage to try new approaches that match the speed and culture of our company.
Because I believe: when you get the people part right, the business breakthroughs follow.
If you see yourself in this description, let’s talk. I’m ready to listen.
