Role Purpose
The AI & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in operationalising AI and analytics strategy. This role is responsible for scaling AI adoption, analytics execution, and decision enablement across ANZ. The role owns analytics delivery, outcomes based measurement and AI-enabled workflows, partnering closely with the Director, AI & Analytics on architecture, governance, and advanced analytics strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Lead delivery of analytics and decision-enablement solutions across products and workflows
Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
Embed GenAI and agentic AI into operational workflows to drive productivity and scale
Support datalake enhancement and analytics platform evolution
Partner with Product, Media Intelligence and Commercial teams to productionise AI and analytics MVPs
Contribute to advanced analytics initiatives including forecasting, predictive modelling and measurement
AI & Analytics Delivery
Lead AI adoption workshops across and share emerging AI trends, tools and tech across Groupe.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and decision-ready outputs
Standardise analytics delivery, reporting frameworks and insight dissemination
Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, repeatable and aligned to product roadmaps
Consult and on occasions lead AI augmentation across various product suite.
Manage Datalake in GCP. Enhancee datalake capabilities with required data and AI frameworks
Data Privacy & Governanace
Implement industry best standards to safeguard owned and operated data across systems
Deploy data privacy checks and balances within owned GCP instance to protect data confidentiality
Control access management across data to protect data integrity and governance
Stakeholder & Ways of Working
Collbaorate across functions around creating market led POVs around AI and analytics trends
Work cross-functionally across Product, APEX, Commercial, Sports & Entertainment divisions and manitain strong connect with Publicis Groupe Global data & intelligence teams
Support prioritisation and intake of analytics demand to reduce ad-hoc and reactive delivery
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, risks and outcomes
Experience & Capability
5–7 years of experience in analytics, data, AI or product-led environments
Strong expertise in advanced analytics, analytics automation and workflow optimisation
Experience in embedding AI frameworks into team workflows and solutions.
Strong programing and ETL expertise covering SQL, Python & R
Experience working with cloud data platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
Data visualisation and insights enablement – PowerBI, LookerStudio, Tableau
Demonstrated ability to operationalise AI and analytics into business workflows
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
