BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING DEPARTMENT / DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and lead cross-functional DX / IT projects

• Manage projects end-to-end, including progress tracking, issue management, and stakeholder coordination

• Identify and resolve operational issues related to ERP (SAP), and propose process improvements

• Promote data utilization initiatives, including reporting and analysis (e.g., Power BI)

• Design and execute initiatives with a clear focus on financial impact such as cost reduction and productivity improvement

• Training and development of business unit members.

2. Requirements

【MUST】

• English : Upper intermediate ( Able to communicate with Japanese )

• Age: 30–39 years old 

• Proven experience leading DX projects that delivered measurable financial impact across multiple departments (including project setup, progress management, and issue resolution)

• Demonstrable understanding of ERP (SAP) implementation and/or data analytics through projects, certifications, or work experience

• Good communication skill and able to build relationship with other members

【WANT】

• Able to speak Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Japanese

3. Other 

• Salary : Gross 60,000,000～80,000,000 VND (Negotiable up to skill and experience)

• Probation : 2month (85% salary)

• Full-time employment (initial contract: 1 year)
